Write a book about your life and your experiences from your travels! Especially since you kept journals, it'd be easy for you to look back at how you felt exactly that day etc.! Would make a great read :)

I told my mother a very detailed account of me standing in a beautiful garden with a man standing beside me, looking down on our family home and telling him I'll pick them they look nice. It freaked her out no end. Love the channel 😀

I'm reading all these comments about you doing more in your lifetime than most people could ever dream of, and it's true, it's so inspiring and it just intrigues me to hear more stories and follow my passions of traveling and seeing the world and taking photos, filming videos and writing. It's refreshing to hear that you find introspection and release through writing. I used to write everyday... stream of consciousness and even poetry for the same reasons. Then I started working a monotonous job and became so drained and uninspired. Thanks to you I'm eager to pick up a pen again, at least to try to see what happens.

Yes! I read Cannery Row when I was 16 and it changed my view of the world and of literature. I read Travels with Charley later on and it was also goooood. Thanks for all your inspiring videos! And thank you for sharing your reason behind traveling and sharing your travels.

Wow! Your definitely an old soul! Your an inspiration you have done so much in one lifetime so far. I also feel like an old soul in so many ways I would of loved the experience the 30's or 50's there's so much from that era. I loved Tintin too when I was young I would watched every episode casette VHS they had at the library but I never read the books. I have journals since I was either 18 or 19 I write every now and then when I'm feeling down about life. ❤

I absolutely love maps too! I have a giant one on my living room wall and I spend an unhealthy amount of time thinking about epic travel plans. There is an entire store in Ottawa dedicated to maps, so you should definitely visit if you're ever back in the area :)

I totally get the "must write everyday" thing. I'm like that too. Gladly, I do creative writing as a part of my job, but even on weekends I write just to... write, haha. :) And yep, you should write that book, I would pick it up in a heartbeat!

I love Jack Kerouac too! I've also seen that video of him. The Beat Generation specifically Kerouac and Ginsberg actually made me interested in travel. I love that you're an old soul too! You seem like an awesome person by the way.

If you like old maps you might like the book "1421 The Year China Discovered America" by Gavin Menzies. As part of the background for that book the author discusses mapmaking and ancient maps.

I always felt that you are an old soul...that compels you to keep visiting the old civilizations of Asia and Latin America. You can connect to the ocean of humanity in these places which might have dried up in the industrialized urban life. All the best for your book, its within you...just try to connect the dots.
