Drop the weight and do more ROM. The quads get activated when you get lower as long as your back stays on the pad

The biggest guy at Mt gym who makes sweatpants look like Skinny jeans does half this weight and does 30 complete reps slow controlled. And everytime he does leg day which makes the gym staring look concerned for his mobility. He takes a whole week off and when he returns back. Jesus. Quads look like Rammy's yet covered. Point is. Fuck the weights.
