Very useful video A.P,, though there's some more tips you forgot to mention such as changing the distance for the Adaptive Cruise Control, Automatic Transmission modes, Lane Assist, turning on/off the Emergency Brake etc.... which they have dedicated buttons for it (you still need to map a button for it BTW). - Besides that, my clear favorite features is adjusting the truck suspension and the advanced trailer coupling. 😎👌👍

Another useful thing is if you want to skip that SCS Software and Euro truck logo screen (aka. Esc Esc Esc Esc ...) you can put -nointro in the game launch arguments on Steam

0:14 Exception: small, exposed cargo on extendable beds. For instance, forklifts do not need to be on the extended low bed.

Great video as always. I just thought there would be a few more tips about the base game and DLC's and less moding, as that is what most people who would need tips and tricks would search for. But keep up the good work AP and thank you for keep us up to data on all the new stuff from SCS Software.

I have one: at 6:00 pm, you can go directly to a truck dealer (in the map of these, not driving to) to pass to the next day, skip the night, refresh missions and start at 8:00 am the next day

Traffic can be a value between 0.0 and 1.0 as well as the 1.0 to 10.0 range you mention. So if you have a slow PC or like empty roads you can set it lower, or remove it.

Is there a way to have CC activated below 30/20 again? Maybe some mod for that, to make smoother driving videos with out truck jumping around. (I know they said it was a bug)

No, there's not, the only way to have the cruise control below 30, is to have a steep gradient and to have the cruise control enabled at a higher speed.

ATS bundles are constructed so you cannot get Map DLC-ies only

You can also set g_traffic to less than 1 to reduce AI's nonsense. As an example "g_traffic 0.1" reduces AI traffic to 10% which is what I normally use when driving in single player.

I did not know that the info screen for the sat nav button gets the front mirror cam working for the new MAN. I always thought it was just bugged for me with or without mods

Great video but have scs fixed the brightness setting which doesn't work in v 1.50 ? It's fine to run just want it bit brighter without changing the brightness through the tv apart from that v1.50 is excellent and promods 2.70 now works with 1.50 even better

Hello AP, i have a question, if the latest versions chandlged something to the acceleration of the trucks. I play ATS, and my truck si way slower than before, it is very annoying. Especially when accelerqting and turning. If you have any tips, or if any setting can change it, please let me know. Thanks for your content, have a good day!

Edit economy files so the fine for cancelling a job is "-10,000" which means you get 10,000 ;)

It's for all cities in ets2 and ats. Other rows are for other roads, highways (not cities) The scaling is different in cities vs other roads (precisely cities, fuel stops, rest areas, etc) It's to make cities not too small. And to pass time slower in cities.

These realistic physics setting are actually not very realistic,I have some better settings that i tested for 3 months and got a pretty good reviews from the Chinese community.
