Although the european Ford Granada mk I was initally intended to be marketed also in the USA but in the end spawned the indepedent front suspension setup for the Mustang II, i don´t get how they could mix up pictures of those with the american Granada (it´s sibling Mercury Monarch was sold in Europe).

Such a horrible report, wrong cars shown, explainations of why the cars failed were completely wrong…showing Chevelle’s when talking about a chevette, or a Cuda when talking about a Fury… etc… nothing like A.i. screwing up everything…

My parents owned a 1970 Maverick with a straight 6 with a 3 in the tree and we never had a problem with the car

You left out Chevy ford Chrysler imports,you repeated some cars, what is a Plymouth cricket, it was Plymouth Duster . Also you showed wrong car you were talking about, there plenty of picture of car you are talking about, on internet .sorry for being picky ,but people want truth in youtube videos.

My mom had a ‘74 Plymouth Gran Fury and later a ‘78 Plymouth Volare. Both were pieces of sh!t. I’d by a bicycle before buying anything Mopar or Stellantis since then. The Chevy Vega was the biggest gift GM could have presented to Toyota and Honda. The 1970s was the beginning of the end of Detroit automotive dominance.

The Vega failed from being sabotaged by the union as it was during strike conditions with lordstown Ohio issues…cars were intentionally assembled with to small a radiator. Corrosion prevention not being applied properly or even at all…you can’t blame the car, when they were built with intentionally created defects…
