This design for the Satellite 1000 model "free flight" airplane was drawn up in 1970 by Bob and Bill Hunter from Satellite City Inc. I found a high resolution PDF online and was able to print it out at work on our large format plotter. I printed it full size and half size. I am starting out half size to get an idea of what it takes to build an airplane!
I had to edit about 7 hours of video down to less than 10 minutes. I really do have a new appreciation for model builders! It is very tedious and meticulous work. I am definitely learning to be more patient and precise when I do these projects.
