Well this piece of land was where the slums were. But now to be poor and living here is not bad at all. It is clean and orderly. It is near the center of downtown. It is convenient with amenities and shops. It is well connected to the public transport system like the subway and buses and it is surrounded by office buildings and retail store (that's where the jobs are). It also has the close community feeling with a park nearby. It is not bad at all even for low income family.

近未来的かも知れませんがまさにコンクリートジャングルと言う言葉がピッタリくる都市景観だと思います犯罪と暗澹たる生活を描いた未来映画を見てるようです。中国の街並みはどこか他の先進国の街並みを模倣したような光景ばかりです。どうかな、いくら人口が多いとはいえこう言う街に住んで人間が幸せと言えるのだろうか。

This massive residential complex is so well planned that it provides enough housing for 500,000 plus people so that everyone has a decent home. At the same time it has tons and tons of clean, wide open spaces, squares and parks, free from traffic, where they can peacefully stroll and chill at leisure. Among many other amenities for sure. I would live there in a heartbeat ❤️

Yes, but I suspect this video was done not in the rush hours .... there are not so many people on walks for that dense city ..hm ?? I think during rush hours it looks same as New York or other places - overcrowded. Yet planing of transportation , 3d level of city is quite impressive

I guess we are watching a different video. All the buildings and roads are less than 25 years old, but look as if over 100. Sidewalks cracked and broken. Glass caked with dirt. Walls stained from leaks and degradations. If you look at the details it's in terrible shape and only after 25 years. What will this place look like in another 25 years? And what will people who bought apartments do when they need to be torn down in 25 years? I guess lose all their money. These buildings will not last much more than another 25 years with how poorly they are maintained, and if they start collapsing on their own, OMG!

0:45　見た目新幹線ぽいけどドアが車両に3個有るから普通に通勤電車だな。 21:50　自販機というかゲーム機ぽいモノが建屋の外に置いてある。最も担当者がいるっぽいけど夜はどうするのだろうかなんか高低差の激しい所に街を作って「この近くのはこの高さを地上１階にしよう。これより下は地下で上はⅡ階三階として出来るだけ建物の入口の高さを揃えていこう」と作った人工的な街だね。

O lugar é impressionante, mas esses edifícios foram construídos muito próximos uns dos outros. Isso prejudica a circulação do ar, aumenta a temperatura ambiente, causa muitas sombras e tira a privacidade. Mais áreas verdes e uma distância maior entre os prédios, resolvem esses problema. What a beautiful city, with lots of open spaces, pedestrian walkways and greenery. The apartment courtyard at 31:00 was so serene and pretty. Great city planning offering the opportunity to live near jobs. There's a good mix of age groups as well. I'd love to live here. ❤

07年、08年春節前曾出差到貴陽，大街馬路上還有一堆堆人圍著用油桶放雜木頭起火取暖。路上不少人背籮運物，有為了2元替人背水泥磚頭上8層樓。就十幾年就有現在這樣的居住環境，地球上除了中國，誰能辦到。這事實面前，一天到晚只會用口呼喊民主自由，批評專制獨裁這個哪個，還有什麽可説的，不覺得沮喪嗎？！

日本から見ると大陸の奥地の気候は分からなかったです。とても住み易い気候なんですね❣️ 複雑な地形に良くこれだけのアパートメントがあるとは凄いですね。中国は大陸で土地が広いから人口密度が高いのは上海や香港などの海沿いかと思っていました。

誰もあなたの質問に答えることができないと推定して、私は中国人です私も今日貴陽がこんなに混んでいるのを初めて見ました。しかし、いくつかの理由が考えられます。1.貴州省は山の多い省です。貴陽は貴州省の省都です。映像から見ても貴陽は山ばかりで、重慶と同じです。だから建物は上にしか建てられません。2.貴州省は中国で最も貧しい省の一つです。住宅の建て方が高くなると、住宅の価格が低くなります。3.貴陽は中国で夏に一番涼しいところです。多くの人が貴陽に家を買いに来ます。夏を過ごすためだけに、家の質を気にしません。個人的には、1つ目が一番の理由だと思います。この団地は中国でも有名で、全国で一番混雑している団地ということで観光地になっています。

This is an example of co called manhill (analogy with anthill) :). But it must be the only way how to settle so huge amoun of people. Chinese building industry is really one-of-a-kind.

明らかに人口以上に建物の数が優っている！すれ違う人の数が少ないし、買い出しに行くのも距離が有って大変そう😅 ビルの入居者は殆ど居ないのでは？それと米国のApple・Microsoftなどのデーターセンターが中国に有る事に驚き、大丈夫なのかな❓
