I can imagine a lot of these kinda cookouts can be for disenfranchised people. It's one thing to accept food from a kind person when you have none, it's another to be humiliated on camera accepting food from a stranger. If You guys want homeless reactions and happy people there's plenty of fake videos on this site of pretend homeless people being given food and money and doing amazing things, but it's not as kind to or often that it's filmed with real actual people in need.
