I would recommend not using a PVC Tube for soft tubing. EK ZMT is just so mutch better for daily systems. PVC with plasticizer leaching effect can cause some trouble in the loop.

I use the Softube hose for the back of EKWB and have never had any problems. But thank you for the advice

Clean build, nice looks. I am curious about temperatures you are getting. This case has bad airflow, the vents are not mounted in the most optimal direction for this case when watercooling and also Corsair QL fans are absolutely NOT fans for radiators.... I made same mistake a year ago and they are basically useless. The RTX 3090 is the most heat generating GPU ever so be ready to see water temp go very high, I had to go with triple rad setup because of this gpu and I leave case panels off. Sorry for bad english ;-)

I'm glad you like the Build. I can't say anything negative about the QL fans so far. I've already installed it in a few systems and the temperatures have always been okay so far.

@@GreniGE Well if you are happy with the temperatures then its fine using QL fans. I have O11D-XL with Z690 motherboard, 12900k cpu and combined with the 3090 they were not cooling my radiators (3x360mm) enough for me at an acceptable noise level. Static pressure they deliver is not great, but its true they look nice and at least you can control everything with iCue software, which I find good. I changed for the Lian-Li Uni FAN SL that perform much better but the software is really crap... As I said if you are happy with temperatures then its all good 🙂 Just suscribed to your channel, great work in that video you produced, I enjoyed watching it very much ! Take care

@@kamehameha3658 I'm really happy that you like the video and thanks for the compliment. I would like to use other fans again, but the problem is simply the RGB control. I find it terrible that you need different software for each different component just to control the lighting. That's the reason why I just rely on Corsair as far as RGB is concerned, because with them you can also control other components such as the water cooler and the floor lighting via the software with the help of an adapter cable and you have everything in one software.

but never forget what the parts cost due to inflation. The graphics card alone was a lot more expensive than it actually cost. But the customer has to like it, and if that's the way they want the PC, that's the way they get it.

really nice clean build, but sorry to say its a bad choice for case as it has really bad airflow for watercooled systems especially with the 3090 in it, they run really high temps, hope the customer realises this and asks you to change the case for him ;)

thanks for liking the build. But as far as the temperatures are concerned, I can't report anything negative so far. The graphics card warms up to around 40 degrees and the water temperature is absolutely fine. Fans run around 40-60% depending on the load.

Kurz um der SSD kühler kollidierte beim Einbau mit dem Kühler der Grafikkarte. Somit konnten wir den Kühler der SSD leider nicht verwenden.

typically quieter than air cooling, aesthetics, runs cooler than with air, kind of necessary when running an rtx 3090 with the active backplate due to the memory chips over heating under load most if not all cards would see North of 95C many even over 100C. with the active water cooled backplate in personally seeing under 70C.

That's right, because the cooler of the SSD collides with the cooler of the graphics card during installation. So we couldn't use it

I don't see a RTX 4090. I don't see a i9-13900k. No offense but either you were ribbed off or you spent all your money on water cooling rather than focusing on getting the best parts. I just don't get it whatsoever BUT nice build. I hope you enjoy it!

No, everything fits, the buddy wanted to have the 13700kf his system. Why does it always have to be the 13900 when the 13700 is completely sufficient and also cheaper and when you gamble you will hardly notice a difference between 13700 and 13900. He had bought the 3090 when it appeared on the market. So why should he add a 4090 if he still has a 3090?

everyone has their own taste, which is good. We just chose it because the price-performance ratio is okay and the look is nice and clean.

Just now I found every component on Computer Universe, but picked 4090 for 2000 euro and 13900K for 550, and I have sum of 3.749 on my calculator, doesn't match a little, don't you think? Where's the money, Lebowski?

You are welcome to take a look at the Geizhals List of what the parts cost now. You are now at almost 6000 €. At the time the parts were ordered, a lot was more expensive, especially the graphics card. geizhals.de/wishlists/2993241

Most pointless build in history. Pays 100 dollars extra for a watercooled ssd, ends up not even using the waterblock. 5k build, ends up with a 3090 instead of a 4090... 13700KF instead of 13900K. Mistakes were made if you ask me. I'd spend a 1000 bucks less and end up with better hardware but that's just my opinion.

he had the 3090 since it appeared on the market. He had used this in his old slow system. Why would he buy a new one? The cooler of the SSD could not be used because I noticed during installation that it collides with the cooler of the GPU. The buyer wanted to have the 13700kf for his system and not the 13900. It is his decision which CPU he would like to have installed.
