A few questions 1. I want to use i7 4th gen with this build. What type of performance could i expect? 2. Preferable ram for this build. 8 or 16? 3. At what price i could sell the motherboard+8gb ram+ i7 4790 after about 8yrs from now? Or should i sell the entire Cpu 4. Which gpu is best for this build and could i use that gpu for my future build after 8yrs approx?

Ans: 1. If comparing to i3, you will get very good performance boost. 2. 16 is always better, since ddr3 you should go with 8 if you wanna upgrade motherboard soon. 3.if you sell now maximum it would go 4000 for whole cpu, if 8 years from now you have to throw it in trash actually 4 Rx580, rtx 2060/2060 super etc
