A Quick session yesterday. Hadn't deadlifted or benched heavy in a month so wanted to see where things stood.

Sleeper strength, careful benching alone, at least you don’t have clips on when benching so you can just wiggle the weight off the bar if something were to happen

Thanks brother! I have the safety rails just right to save my neck also haha. I'm about 10% down on all time strength. Let's see if I can chase it back this year.

A lot of what I have built was from GZCL programming mate. I'm not sure where you are on your journey, but GZCL LP is worth a look. If you are already a little stronger/further along, perhaps GZCL Rippler is more worth your time. Or, if you are a little more adventurous, and like training a little more often, GZCL's General Gainz framework might be more up your alley.
