No….i’m not trying to sound like a tough guy but I never get nervous about anything that has to do with music… I have been in the high pressure barrel so many times for so long now that absolutely nothing phases me. In fact, the more pressure the more relaxed and confident I get…it’s kind of weird. Now, going to a dinner party with a bunch of non musicians? Thats a different story

the thing that has always impressed me the most about him even more than his playing or producing is that he absolutely embodied the spirit of rock and roll in everything he did. He could play a fucking mandolin and still it was rock and roll as fuck.
