What are you smoking? Peugeot aint gonna be in the same league as the likes of audi or a bmw... all they will do a stick a 1.6 or 2.0 turbo changed engine giving around 320-350 bhp......

While not exactly as powerful as a new RS 6, the new 508 PSE estate was no slouch for a French hybrid performance model. In terms of performance, its German rivals would be the Mercedes C43 AMG, BMW M340i, and Audi S4.

@Peugeot I have just had a staff member tell me that they cannot assist me with my issue. Great Service! 63 days I have been unable to drive my car, but every month you take your payment for the car. Seems the company is only interested in the bottom line and not the customers.

@@Sherukka no... they’re really not. I’ve owned two modern GTi’s. They’re nice, but still not up to the engineering quality of the German brands. There’s been no upgrade path for me at Peugeot for last 4 years. Most new models have had a focus on styling and brand, but they’ve let the engineering fall again (seems to be a cyclical thing at Peugeot). Hoping the PSE models are different.

At the moment there isnt a car equivalent to this, low emissions, low fuel consumption and excellent power. Peugeot thought well, just that the market is too blind to see it. I dont see any reason why Peugeot should not charge its current price.
