@Dimas Putra I understand the difference in power curves of 2 and 4 cycle engines. The 2020 Yamaha YZ125, a 2-cycle racing motocross bike, produces 33.52hp and has 3 times the displacement of a 50cc engine. You will never get 20hp from 50cc. Sorry.
@NephilimFree
@NephilimFree 3 жыл бұрын
@Dimas Putra No, you can't. If it were possible, Yamaha, Suzuki, Kawasaki, Honda, Husqvarna, and others would be doing it. Try finding a 50cc piston engine on a dyno that produced 20hp. Good luck. You're repeating what you believe, but not what is true. You are also quite gullible.

There are not only 50cc against more cc, there are very small against larger tires, what changes the point of contact to the track. A bike with small / thin tires stands nearly strait to the venter of the mass, while a wider tire moves the point of contact to the inside of the turn, what means, you have to angle much more to drive the same speed in the turn. I remember my 125cc time, on narrow streets we where hunting big bikes for fun. Not always a goodmidea, but fun. Cool video, hot ride!

My first road bike back in the early 70s was an old 60s ex club racer Ducati SL2 which I reregistered as a 'moped' despite having no pedals . In road going trim with lights , horn and silencer on the stinger , it was still an 80+ mph flying machine that handled like a dream . I even ran it with the Dunlop Trigonic race wets on it .

I can tell exactly when you get mad at yourself for missing shifts and focus that anger on reeling them in, when you calm down from the rage charge and start focusing on clean lines and smooth inputs, when you get fatigued and get sloppy, when you get bored, when you realize you're so far ahead that you can relax for a lap, and when you step it back up when you start to hear 2nd place on your tail. This reminds me so much of when I ran a YZ85 on 125GP slicks in adult mini supermoto and would work my way through the pack of TTR125's and CRF150R's. Those were great times.

Bloody hell! What a ride! Awesome to watch! Anyway...riders nowadays have no real idea what 2strokes could do. Riding a 1000cc 4stroke today means I am pretty confident about riding it in any conditions. But hand me over a 500cc two stroke, and I am going to politely decline your offer, remain standing shitless on the spot.
