You know what else is maddening? In this video alone, 50% of the people on the middle lane FOR NO PARTICULAR REASON WHATSOEVER.

Some of the signs have a little sign below them, saying "bei Nässe". Foreigners usually get confused by that because they can't read it. It means "when wet". When it's not raining, the limit is invalid and you can go as fast as you like!

The shield actually limits speed limit to 120km/h, when the road is wet only. (Shield below the 120 sign says „bei Nässe“=if wet) So he didnt break any rules there.
