51 was disrespectful for sure. Sorry but Tom Brady should have been MVP anyway. Nobody cares how careful you are with the ball. And Tom still had a better interception ratio when it came down to interception worthy throws as most of his interceptions were screen passes that year that the wide receiver bobbled. Only reason Aaron Rodgers even won the MVP that year was because of the Saints game where Brady lost Leonard fournette and Chris Godwin in the same game. But like I said 51 is total garbage. I hope he goes off this year.

Rodgers wins MVPs because he does more with less. "Interception worthy throws" talk about the most ridiculous PFF stat. DID HE THROW A PICK OR NOT? They dont keep "int worthy throw" stats on pro-fb-ref. Heres a stat for you.... In the years Tom Brady won an MVP, his defenses ranked an average of 5.6th in the league in scoring defense. In the years Rodgers has won it, his defenses ranked an avg of 14.75. In the years Brady won the Superbowl, the defense ranked an avg of 4.85! He had the #1 defense in the league 3 times. Brady had a top 10 defense in all but 4 seasons in his entire career and never dipped below 17th. His career average defensive team ranking for his ENTIRE 22 year career is a brain melting 7.41!! Rodgers is 15.47... again, he does more with less and always has. Thats without getting into the fact Brady has played with Moss, Evans, Antonio Brown, Godwin, Gronk, Corey Dillon, Deion Branch, the list goes on. Rodgers list? Jordy Nelson, Tae Adams, Greg Jennings, Cobb, James Jones... maybe 1 offensive HOF teammate? And despite these drastic differences in supporting cast, Rodger still manages to have higher career numbers in passer rating, TD%, TD:INT ratio, completion % in both the regular season and the playoffs than Brady. #51 is blasphemous. Rodgers is a top 15 player in the league. Even in his "worst season of his career" he still finished 7th in TDs. His absolute floor is higher than the avg QB ceiling.

I'm a Packer fan but I'm an Aaron Rodgers fan. I want nothing more than for him to grab that second ring, maybe tie Peyton with a 5th MVP season, and ride off into the sunset. Plus, no matter what happens with the Jets, Aaron Rodgers is coming back to Green Bay but I think he, like myself, will miss putting those Bears in their place twice a year.

1. O-line injuries and terrible o-line personnel choices for the first half of the season. 2. The issue with #1 which caused Rodgers to get the thumb on his throwing hand broken in Week 5. 3. A joke of a front office and roster that only had 3 WRs/TEs on the team with 110+ career catches - Marcedes Lewis, Randall Cobb and Sammy Watkins - and Watkins was cut in Week 9 - and that crew led the league in drops. 4. Horrific and painfully predictable play calling by Matt LaFleur which will be on full display this season. ...and Rodgers still had an almost statistically identical season to Justin Herbert last year. HE SHOULD BE ABOUT #15.
