@@jadhal9280 Very subtle difference is there between m.2 sata and m.2 pcie nvme ssd in user experience. But, pcie nvme is fast as light man. Average sata ssd speed 500MB/s vs. pcie ssd speed 3000MB/s.

My laptop #HP14-bs701tu motherboard has bus specification PCI-express 3.0(8.0 GT/s) which I checked in CPU-ID app. After opening the laptop I found M.2 slot in m-key (5+28 pin) format. When I referred product description and maintenance manual on HP website for my laptop I found that available slot is for M.2 SSD with sata-3(6Gbps) interface supported. I'm still confused with available m-key SSD slot in laptop. Please help me to choose right SSD for my laptop.

@@sikandersingh4761 check if your laptop has an additional storage slot. If 1tb hdd chech if you have a m.2 slot If 256gb ssd check if there is a sata hdd/sdd slot In both case you can add a new storage in future. If no additional slot is there then you should really look for a model which has one

@@sikandersingh4761 For gaming buy 512ssd model. In 256ssd+1tb hdd model the 1tb hdd is 5400rpm hdd and this 5400rpm varient is not good for demanding games. I would pick 512ssd and add additional 7200 rpm hdd.

Pls brother can u tell me how to change the letter associated with a Drive? 🙏 i used disk management to change the drive letters of my disk becoz they were not in sequence (instead of C,D and E, it was C, G and F). But after doing this and restarting my laptop, an error has occurred and windows is not loading 🙏

@@Technoside_India correct mujhe bhi abhi tak zaroorat nahi pade the itne sallo mai but yesterday after installing new windows on my laptop, the drive letters got all disarranged (as mentioned in my previous comment), so I went to disk management > right clicked on each drive name > selected "change drive letters and paths" and assigned the letter i wanted. After shutting down when I started my laptop, a disk error came and windows did not start after doing everything. I had to re install the windows once again. 😢

Hey nice videos. Came across your this video. I have asus tuf f17. And i have 512 internal space. I wana buy a pcle ssd nvme m.2 and basically I need more space in c drive... And then extend my c drive..... Is it that i can add volume from the new one to old ssd. Or the c drive have to be formated? Or it could be done in disk management. Thanks.

I have a Dell 14" Ryzen 5 3450U laptop with 8GB RAM/256GB SSD, Win10 with MS Office. My SW requirements are preety limited. For instance my office laptop which is a i5, Dell Latitude 5490, has 'C' drive capacity of 130 GB and with installed software usage of 71GB. I need to partition my Ryzen laptop to create a drive for data files. Can I safely go ahead and partition my Ryzen with 100GB in 'C' drive and a data drive for balance 150GB?

*Please Read complete data* Yes You can safely go for a partion but not for 150gb, It should be better if you go 120gb, why I'm saying that, if you have to install a large project then, you will surely go with windows components file (C: drive), So please give atleast 120gb to your computer, and the rest 10gb (you will not get 10gb in exact) will adjusted in C drive. This is the best way of partition which you can do, And like this you can safely partition it. *But partition to active C: drive is not recommended, so before making such things, make sure that you have taken backup of your important files.*

Sir ji, i bought wd sn550 nvme 500gb ssd, its speed mentioned as 2400mb but i m getting only 700-800 mb speed. My pc is i5 4670k processor, motherboard z97x sli-cf, 1TB HDD, 4+8 gb 1600mhz ram, 2gb nvidia 710 graphics. Installed on uefi mode. Pls help how to increase the speed of ssd?

Mere computer me 250gb internal hard disk hai or mera processor :-( intel(R) Pentium(R) cpu G2010 @ 2.80GHz 2.80GHz ) hai. Or Ram:-( 2GB )hai. ab muze nayi 500 GB ya fir 1TB internal hard disk dalni hai.or purani hard disk or nayi hard disk dono chalu rakhni hai. To mera computer nayi hard disk support karega kya or computer speed denga kya.please batao
