52 - Rear Air Ride

So here we have a 2006 IC FE with a rear air ride set up. This style flexes so much better than the system with the cross beam that links the air bags together. So it allows this bus to have a much more smoother ride allowing the body to remain level while the axle does some serious moving.
Also, this is when you can hear that awesome IC hiss from the air ride. Other manufacturers have air ride as well, but none hiss as loud as IC.

Ah yes, the infamous IC air ride hiss! My high school had a 90-degree turn with a bump in the middle of it, so the 2007(?) REs that rolled in hissed several times going around that turn. You might be able to hear it on one of my videos, I think I called it "IC REs pull in" or something along those lines.

I call it the famous IC chassis rattle. Most of our ‘10 era CEs have it.

It is the leaf spring it’s loose or something it rattles one day I figured it out all my internationals make that noise

Our 2005-2009 ces make that rattle noise I used think they were snow chains until I realized they weren’t

Ain't nothing like the IC hiss...strangely only the 2011s hiss the 12s and up do not have the hiss...
