Always superb thank you so much. Would you include osteomyelitis into differential? Though it would be uncommon in AC joints..

Nice. Thank you. My latest MRI showed my AC joint needs to be shaved because it’s rubbing the bursa sack partial tear. My scapula is also rotated causing impingement. Gonna do PT over surgery. Thoughts?

I think surgery would be good so it does not lead to a full thickness rotator cuff tear. I have had rotator cuff surgery and the recovery is long and difficult - plus it is not successful in many cases so best to avoid it if possible.

@@dr.gayfirstlookmri my superspinatus was in tact, it was the bursa that had a partial tear. Edema in the tendon tho. The AC shave isn’t a long recovery at all. I hope the radiologist didn’t miss anything
