{522} How To Repair Computer ATX Power Supply, this computer atx psu power supply was dead. this power supply have +5V SB standby voltage on purple wire, 5volt PSON command on green wire. when green wire is made jumper to ground, it was main secondary power section was not turning on. while testing, i found 1N4148 diode short circuit in pulse transformer, this 350 watt atx power supply is using TL494 and LM339 ics.

Sir atx power supply is having stand by voltage , on Ic 7500 is having voltage on pin 12 ,12 voltage perfect voltage on pin 13. 14, pin 4 is having voltage round 3.5volts but fluctuations secondly on jumpher to black and green voltage on pin 4 of Ic does not Zzero.IC is Kl7500 and other than green and purple no out put. when we repair atx power supply. if there is something wrong in pulse transformer section, it can trigger output transistors permanently. which may cause to draw maximum current. in that condition, we must disconnect jumper to prevent the circuit

السلام علیکم ۔۔ سر میرا ایک سوال ہے standby سیکشن میں 5 volt کی بجائے 12 volt آ رہے ہیں اور باقی کوئی وولٹیج نہیں آتے پاور سپلائی ورک نہیں کر رہی کیا issue ہو سکتا ہے
