but what happens when there are no good moments and its all just pain and hurt and sickness .. what then . I'm lost .. idk what to do .. I'm 17 months clean .I cant stand it . I pray to god that I can be forgiven and to find peace and for help but idk god maybe has helped me get clean though that's what i wanted more than anything . 14 years lost to the streets .. my brother is dead and all my friends are dead.. or on their way to dying a young death .. I just want happiness .. and in me being happy i know it would bring my mother and father to be happy because that's what they want more than anything is for me to be happy . god bless you all.

You cannot fully imagine (none of us can to start with, I couldn't) how much your life will steadily improve day by day. But try to imagine it. And feel in your body and mind what that would feel like. You have suffered so much. And you have learned from your past. But you will no longer be defined by it. A daily practise of some kind, rain or shine, is very helpful to maintain this. But none of us can do this alone. So surrender to the light and love that is now coming your way. Surrender to the miracle. I Love you. ♥

I have probably played this 50+ times in the past 3-4 months. I absolutely love it and makes me reflect on all the good times in life. Not every time is a bad time. We have to keep our heads up and push through. Not only for ourselves but the people who love us. Hope all can find some peace in the new year. I know I will be. It’s a new chapter for me. I just lost my mom of 95 yrs in October. This music made me think of her I never got to cry for her or even say I loved her ,but thanks to u I did both. To whoever sees this, Im taking a long break from thc, for 2 years ive been smoking nonstop, it has helped me eat, sleep, smile and much more, its been my friend since i'm an introvert. Today is my second day not smoking and its tough. This frequency and sounds like this are the only things easing my emotional and mental burdens. It can help greatly to pour a glass of water and keep it near you and have a sip of water instead of the next cigarette, whenever you want a smoke, have a sip of water instead. At the very least this will hwlp you cut down on how many cigareettes you smoke.
