yes you are right.. calmness serenity quiteness and peacefulness inside of us is the better than happiness.... you gave me an idea thanks for it!!! coz what i observes is that happiness feeling is just doesnt really last you just could enjoy it for a short period of time stop then start again.. it is just like a sort of like borrowed..

sounds like you’re going thru an awakening fam , it tends to get lonely when you’re raising in conscious/vibration/dimensions , you are not alone it’s just a phase that we all go thru when starting the spiritual journey, you’re gonna be very frustrated, angry and irritated at the ignorance around you (sheep/sleeping family members friends or co workers) that’s why meditation is very important , you’ll start finding and seeking answers about the truth, believe me you’ll feel very lonely and even crazy to some people but that’s just bc they’re still asleep in the matrix , in the illusions, trust me you’ll master the mind and be able to control all your emotions , I was once in your shoes and I honestly wish someone had told me this when I started , my advise is to mediate , take psychedelics!! That’s a must in the journey and for psychic abilities and perception , you’ll start to realize non human entities are real , elves , gnomes , extra terrestrials and witches , etc I used to be a lost ass street kid trynna earn his rep in the hood and now I’m just an atheistic soul and human being . I became an empath as well , just hang in there the journey always starts off rough it’s okay . trust me it’ll get better you’ll get inner peace and nothing will bother you especially the actions of others , good luck ! and also balance you’re chakras dude that’s very very important so you don’t lash out or unable to control your emotions .
