I have been listening to this KZfaq music all night for the last 2 nights. When I get up I can walk. It's amazing. My right hip and left knee is usually so painful that I can't walk. It’s so Crazy because it works so good. No pain pills or Tylenol. The sound is a so soothing

If you're reading this I hope that you have a beautiful and blessed day. I always walk 3 miles everyday and I've been doing so for the last month it's this challenge that I'm doing and always make sure to play this while I'm walking. I gotta say that not only is it extremely relaxing but it really helps me to sort out my thoughts and just focus on the positive vibes and energy of my walk and mother nature. FYI before people read this and get all worked up and remind me that you're only supposed to listen to this laying down or sitting up and meditating, I know but there's such a thing as walking meditation and that's exactly what I'm talking about here. I lost my father at age 12. My best friend passed away when we were 19. My mom died from cancer at 59. My ex girlfriend died from a brain tumor at 35 years old. Life can sure have a certain way of testing us. Although I've lost so many loved ones, I just turned 40 years old myself. Yet, I woke up this morning and thanked God for the opportunity to tell you that you're perfect just the way you are and although times get tough and life seems unfair just know that you are loved no matter what.

My father died 6 months after I graduated from college on 12/25.He was 81 and had cancer that started and spread before it was found. My mother and I became closer as my older brother married and usually only came back with wife and kids once a year. But in 1995 she became very ill and I brought her home from a hospital on July 4th. two days later she died at home in her bed. With no one left (my brother and I never got along) I made plans to leave that city. While my health is generally better then average, I still have issues that go way back in time.

I'm 34 years old and recently FINALLY met my soulmate only to be diagnosed with cancer 2 weeks ago. I hope you are better now, but years ago I had a fissure and I took a tablespoonful of liquid paraffin everyday and eventually it healed.

This is so peaceful and relaxing so glad I came across this. I came here to help ease my fibromyalgia and maybe a little help with loss but I see so many other people in such worse scenarios it brought tears to my eyes so I'm sending out prayers to everyone that needs it so much more. I do have a special request only if it is not too much trouble for you: can you please add all your tracks to Spotify as its easy for me to meditate with my screen turned off. The only tracks that are on Spotify are between 6 to 30 minutes long and the versatility that is displayed here is much more abundant than on Spotify. Meny of us do not have access to youtube red which only works for 4 countries. It would be so great to have all your tracks (like the pineal 1 houre, 3 hours, 8 hours tracks) in Spotify. On any answer you give I am truly grateful for all your hard work. You are bringing so much tools for humanity to be able to be awaken! People are joining every day. I will pray for you and your son. You are never alone. I was also a shy and sensitive teenager. I was very uncomfortable in my own skin, not because of a dysfunctional home environment, but because I felt like I had a hole in my soul. My journey does not have to be your sons, but I turned to alcohol and became a very chronic alcoholic. I see that not to create fear for you, but to let you know that at 39 years old I am approaching 10 years sober and my life is absolutely amazing. Your son probably is a very confident and good person he just needs to believe in himself. My story is that I now I am going to become an LCSW and I work in the Recovery industry, helping young men going through what I went through. There is a light at the end of the tunnel.

This randomly came up in my recommendations, and I decided to click on it. I had been meaning to start meditation for a long time now, but I did not make time for myself to actually do it. After I started listening to this, all I suddenly wanted to do it meditate. I focused on my breathing for 20 minutes, and I feel completely different after exiting meditation. Thank you.

I have several health problems ... one of them is more complicated ... And I have depression too and sometimes anxiety... in my job, nobody knows about my health problems, otherwise nobody would give me a job. It is a lot of work and I have complicated colleagues. I have been a music lover since I was a child and it has been my go-to when I have needed to relax or fall asleep. This music is so soothing and calming, I could listen to this for the whole day. I had a random wave of an anxious loop feeling as well as not feeling so grounded in my body. I left this on for half an hour I swear to god this works. I feel like some of those anxious spiral intrusive thoughts (conscious or unconscious maybe) have left and I feel more still with my surroundings. Thank you

Last week I had a kidney stone, went to the express care and then ER, horrible pain and experience dealing with that. Passed it thankfully a few days ago. But right after I passed the stone, I began to have palpitations and then had to go back to the ER for what they say is internal hemorrhoids... Really feeling down and out having to deal with all these things back to back, and still with the palpitations and other thing. I am hoping that coming across this video and listening to it will help!! It feels like it might. Felt a calming feeling shortly after putting it on..

I need Healing Right Now!! I just have Surgery last month for Colon Cancer and I was starting to feel Depression to coming on, Sometimes Life will throw you a curve Ball, and you can't even swing at the ball, Because your Mind is so messed up, Well I am talking about Me.. but I do know the God has the answer for Me...Sometimes in Life, we have to Be Still and Know.. That Life is still Good...👍😊💥

🕊🌎💖 Powerful Healing : Just recite each second 24 hours on 24 most time possible : « God purify me » 🕊🌎💖 For other : « God purify name + last-name + link with the person (for example my grandmother) » 🕊🌎💖Give the prayer to everybody 🕊🌎💖Eat vegetables raw + fruits raw = Great health improvement
