@@LazyWitch11 it is called Sacred Secretion / Holy Oil / Christ Oil / Chrism. There are YT videos that can explain it in better detail. You start your session when the moon is in your sun sign. You fast for 3 days while the sacred oil which is created in your brain travels down your spinal column and activates your kundalini and the oil rises back up your spine and activates the crystals in your pineal and pituitary glands which creates DMT to open your higher energetic centers. There are additional benefits but this is a simple answer and you can do additional research should you decide to try this for yourself.
