***** there are many ways of harden a cardboard props, you can use epoxy resin, papermache, wall filler plaster, car putty... for mask & cowl i prefer papermache, because it still has some flexibility, therefore it is easier to put on & no cracks (mask/cowl usually very tight), for helmet i will use papermache then wall filler plaster. if you want to turn it into hard plastic, use epoxy resin (toxic). but i only used papermache & plaster in my videos, try look for it :)

With a couple modifications this could be a great Hawkgirl mask.

I like how you put the PDF template as well as the PDO template. I don't have Pepakura Viewer, so I need PDFs, which most people don't have. You have them though, which is really helpful.

I made this thing out of leather using the template and used a sewing machine rather than hot gluing everything. It looks bloody awesome :)

You can also use this for a Batman first appearance cowl

I could understand the two little arcs for the ears, but there are two other pieces and i cannot for the life of me understand where these go. Are they for the side of the cheeks? Under the neck? Do they go on the side of the pointy ears? Help! S O S! Confused! :-(
