Nice Run! Life packs are great, I use them for nitro boats, planes, sailboats and gliders😎 Spektrum sells them.

Most effortless 75 mph I think I've ever seen, lol. Looks like big girls just cruising along.

It is just cruising, you could bash this thing on 8s even with slightly upgraded props, temps are almost non existent, it was 94* outside, heat index of 102 and motor, esc and batteries were all about 100*

@@AB-80X In general 3 blade has better holeshots or acceleration, 2 blade has more top speed. In this case the 2 blades are high quality and very aggresive and probably 20mph faster then the stock very basic 3 blade aluminum props.

That sure is a boat with a stuffed belly!😁 Nice work! I am sure she can get faster with some more prop in lieu of going straight to 10S. (I say this because you didn't burn your hand palm in the ESCs 😂).

Hmmm, I didn't see the motor's KV before. You should definitely go 10S. I stand corrected.

Thank you The temperatures are excellent on this boat, motor,esc, battery all 100-105* on a 95* day Couldn't ask for better temps.

Yes it looks like one but it's not. It's an old quarry, it's very deep, owned by the park district or forest preserve, it's only about 5 years old.

So a guy will need extra power source to run the receiver? Now is it because the esc are 300 and they don’t want to waste power on a receiver or it’s just type they are? Sorry I had to watch the vid a few time I just want to make sure Iam in the right direction. And Iam guessing we’ll be seeing the blue/white genesis soon🤞

Yes, external B.E.C. or separate battery pack. Most high voltage esc's are this way because they don't have battery eliminator circuitry.

I will, I just need to make sure the temps are good before I disclose the prop, After 1 run the temp looked promising but need to do more runs to be 100% sure. The Octura x450/3 should work excellent on this boat, those would be worth a try.

With the correct batteries and prop it shouldn't be necessary.

Thanks I did lol, I have about an hour of footage removing a shredded grocery bag from both props, after that got resolved, I filmed again but by then it was so dark you couldn't see anything so it got edited out, video was too long anyways.

@@secretsquirrel1942 lol she looking great man keep at it. I'll be good with 90-100mph range i think but lets see how it goes. I got the adapter for the ESCs but havent messed with them yet. She def gets going quicker with those props than with the stock tris
