To get that FOV, you go into a camera mode where its kind of bass boosted version of perspective (I hope you understand), go decently fast with boost then you switch to normal camera

I don't know, just press the "c" many times in the race (when you are driving) and you will get 2 types of cameras, an aerial one (which is very high) or the one that I use
