The bird talk reminded me of a show I was at a few years back. We all washed and slicked up our cars early in the morning, half an hour later the white one must've had a flock of sparrows with diarrhoea hover over it, it was blathered. So out came the cleaning gear again.

With 50 drawers on that toolbox, I thought a few labels would work. Make a diagram of all the drawers and what's in them and hang it up

I re-arranged the tool boxes in my little shop and relocated a few tools at the same time...Much neater, but like you, I keep forgetting where I put everything.

Tip for ya label your drawers or even put a piece of paper on them with what in each take a picture of each drawer then save that picture print it out put it on the wall as a tool box map so you don't forget until you get use to it

Great looking solution to radiator interference. Retired construction guy to another. Camber and caster. 2’ x2’ 1/4” plywood and 6” speed square. Mark vertical and degree line with speed square. 3, 5, 7 degree whatever. Measure ball joints studs distance. Transfer to plywood to measure spread at 10” for example. Put car up on 4 - 8” concrete blocks. Metal fine thread drywall.screw in inner fender well, suspend plumb bob. Copy plywood measurements. Caster ... other side of plywood achieve spread off wheel. Hang plumb bob from ceiling. Finish with toe in while on blocks. Dad was millwright, we set pump shafts with plumb bob. More accurate than bubble.

Find a circle track racer with turn plates, toe plates, and a caster/camber gauge.

Center steering wheel. Mark center of car bottom of front bumper. 6’ - 1/2”metal conduit tie wired to lug nut each front wheel, equalize each front wheel then set toe in equally.

I went to get an alignment on my truck a year ago after having some work done on it. The shop (they Specialize in alignments). They had my truck on the rack, just to do an alignment, for THREE HOURS. They put it on the rack and took it off the rack 3 times in the 3 hours that it took to do this alignment. There is no reason that it should have taken that long. Then after they got it done, they scraped my front bumper driving it out of the shop. And again this was an alignment shop that specializes in alignments. I would never go back to that shop again, not even to get a pop out of their machine. When I questioned them on why it took so long, and what they were doing about the scuff mark that they put on my bumper, they claimed they had problems and said they didn't scuff my bumper.

Everyone needs a corkscrew. Great solution to the rad filler. I'm gonna pick up some of those plastic socket trays for my toolbox. Keeps them neat, in order and they're easier to read. Our re-chargeable lights go to the hazardous waste depot. Along with our leftover paint. Love the banter between you 2. We got dive bombed in my car one beautiful afternoon driving around town with the sunroof open. Got pooped right on the arm resting on the centre console. The old '57 is looking great.
