Suppose Jesus DID NOT DIE on the Cross and rise from the dead. What would this mean for humans? It would mean absolutely no one would go to Heaven, why? Because God is Holy & will not coexist forever with sinners. Are you a sinner? have you ever lied, stolen anything, spoken abusively to or about someone, Swore, Blasphemed God’s Holy name, lusted after the opposite sex, had premarital sex, cheated, hated someone…? So all humans will be condemned to hell for their sins. But thank God out of His overflowing love, sent Jesus to die on the Cross and rise from the dead. Now we can get into Heaven by Repenting (stop doing is sinful and start being Holy-James 4:7) & Belief in Jesus as your Lord & Saviour. John 3:16 For God so loved the world that He gave His only begotten Son, that whoever believes in Him should not perish but have everlasting life.

No one is without sin my friend, after all, it is said "Let he who is without sin cast the first stone." Nobody can truly 'cast punishment/judgement' on another for wrong doing, for we are all tarnished with impurity. Hence why we pray for forgiveness. But that is a story for another time/video.

@@thecrazygamertarun5265 i do BOTH, but most important is Jesus (repentance and belief in Him) Good works can’t save you: It’s like a man saying to a judge “oh I shot the guard and stole money from the bank but I’m really sorry; I’ve also done far too many good deeds that should be taken into consideration: the judge will say: so you should be sorry you’re going straight to jail. God is the same because He is described as the ultimate just Judge. Break man’s law you go to jail, Gods law you go to Hell. But Jesus came and paid your fine if you would accept his payment by repenting and believing in Jesus the judge would dismiss your case (meaning God will forgive all your sins- How awesome is that!!!) Eph-2:. 8For by grace you have been saved through faith, and that not of yourselves; it is the gift of God, 9not of works, lest anyone should boast.

A spotter should only stop the lift if the bar isn't going up anymore and that bar was moving fine. This was just extremely disappointing...

If you are using benchpress alone then DO NOT put on the clips. This is a life lesson. DO NOT put on the clips. If you get stuck under the barbell with no way to dump the weights and can't slide it down you stomach to your lap, you are going to be in a very bad spot.

@@geminiwanderer1735 Dylan and Brian are both correct, and Brian's not a douchebag for what he said. If your trying to lift something above your capabilities and doing it alone, then there is something wrong with your brain. And as Dylan says, IF you're going to be that dumb, don't put the safety clips on so at least you can allow the weights to slide off and not get your throat crushed. Always have a spotter!!! Even if you're lifting within your limits, if you're trying to power through that one last set you can still get stuck with the weights coming down on you from being too tired. That's the beauty of my Bowflex, no spotter necessary, just let go of the handles.

Not everyone lifts heavy to impress others. I like to lift as heavy as I can because it's fun. Lifting lighter weights for higher reps all the time might be just as effective at building muscle, but it's also fucking boring. There comes a point where you're sacrificing form and safety to ego lift, which you should never do, but not everything in this video is an example of that. Even if you do basically everything right, sometimes you fuck up.

There are some examples of that in this video, I'm sure. There are also examples of good, controlled attempts that happened to end in failure. There's a considerable difference between the two.

Theres a lack of good judgement, common sense, realistic self assessment to go along with that trend..makes this a real dangerous exercise. There were standard rules..like not benching without spotters.. Work up to weights bigger than you etc .. Loco..

The Dad told the son to never jump in these waters as there are deadly creatures lurking below including many crocodiles. The son didn’t take his Dads instruction seriously because he couldn’t see anything on the surface. Because the weather was hot and the son wanted to cool off he jumped in the waters. The Dad quickly jumped in to save his child by throwing him back into the boat. However the dad was killed by some crocodiles in the process. Jesus is the Dad you are the child "Greater love hath no man than this, that a man lay down his life for his friends" (John 15:13) Repent and Believe in Jesus today.
