Bonjour Cory, la première chose que je fais en me levant est de boire un grand verre d'eau chaude . J'ai appris ça d'une youtubeuse chinoise qui vit en France. Ça a changé ma vie 😊. Et les chinois boivent de l'eau chaude toute la journée d'ailleurs. Super vidéo encore. ❤

Moi aussi je l'ai fait pendant un certain temps. C'est une habitude très saine. Je le fais encore quand je m'en souviens hehe. Parfois, j'ajoute aussi une cuillère de vinaigre de cidre. En tout cas, c'est vrai, les Chinois boivent de l'eau chaude toute la journée, tandis que les Américains la boivent avec de la glace, même en hiver... 😖😖 Je te souhaite une magnifique semaine ! 🌸🤗😘

Chère Cory, merci de nous faire partager ta routine matinale! Lorsque je me lève je bois un grand verre d’eau froide , puis je prends un copieux petit déjeuner : café latte ( j’ai une Delonghi) , pain grillé beurré et confiture maison. Ensuite je fais 35 mn de cardio Pilates , mais seulement 3-4 fois par semaine ( oui, l’estomac presque plein mais ça va😂😂). Puis la journée commence et varie selon mes obligations et ma motivation… Au fait, si tu as un petit moment et comme c’est bientôt la saison, pourras-tu nous donner ta recette de la confiture de framboises ? Moi aussi, il m'arrive de boire un verre d'eau, mais chaude. Mais bien sûr, cela dépend de l'urgence que j'ai à boire un café pour ouvrir les yeux. 😂😂😂 Mmmm ton petit déjeuner a l'air délicieux. 🤤🤤🤤 et comme tu es bien que tu fasses de l'exercice 3/4 fois par semaine 👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼 et c'est super même avec l'estomac plein. C'est mieux que rien 😬 Je pensais en effet faire du contenu avec des confitures. Mon néflier est plein de fruits, mais il faut encore qu'ils mûrissent. Et si je trouve des framboises à un prix correct, c'est sûr que je le ferai. ☺️ Bonne journée ! 😘🌸❤️

Arly hopping up to inspect/sniff your creations from one end of the table to the other has me cracking up! 😂 ♥️ So adorable, my dog used to do that when she was younger. What you made is similar to what Armenians and Persians eat, but we use grape leaves or cabbage. We call it dolma. Greeks and other ethnicities have their own versions, you’re probably familiar with this. I love and appreciate all the similarities and differences between all cultures/ethnicities. Cheers! 🥂

Yeaaaaah, I was laughing too 😂😂😂 He was hoping to catch something. 😂😂😂😂😂😂 What breed do you have? Though ALL dogs are adorable ❤️❤️❤️ No way!!!! Do you know that also Romanian do a similar thing al so with grape leaves and cabbage?????? But the preparation is was longer. And we call them sarmale. OMG I just checked up on google and dolma and sarmale are sooooo similar. 😍😍😍 We need to try them on our trips to Armenia and Romania 😂😂😂 I love soooooo much to taste all the food around the world. And yes Romanians and Greeks have a lot of dishes and common. Have a great week! 🌸🤗❤️

@@cozyhomediary I have a chihuahua, Minnie, that looks like a deer and a rabbit had a kid 🦌 🐇 🐕 When she was younger, she really thought she was a lion and that she owned the neighborhood. But now in her golden years (she turned 16 in April), my senior baby is a lot quieter and more humble. Breaks my heart but I’m so grateful she’s still with us. Arly’s adorable behavior reminds me of young Minnie 🤍 I had no idea that Romanians do something similar with grape leaves and cabbage. The similarities between language, food, customs, etc. around the world is so cool and fascinating! After you, I also had to look up sarmale and you’re right, they’re basically fraternal twins! Check! This will go on the Romania/Armenia itinerary 😄🍽️

Hello Cory, j'attends tes vidéos avec impatience car je sais que je vais passer un moment agréable, divertissant et amusant😉🥰Je suis également une lève tôt, j'ai réglé mon réveil à 5h55 (pourquoi pas 6h00🤣) et tu vas rire il avance de 5 minutes🤣😂😅c'est psychologique, j'ai l'impression que je peux perdre 5 minutes et en fait j'ai déjà pris de l'avance😂 J'aime le café noir et très petit. Quand je suis en vacances dans un hôtel, je demande un cappuccino et je le savoure en me disant que je le mérite bien et que le cappuccino c'est pour les personnes "importantes"😅🤣🤣Après le café, je me dépêche pour ne pas rater le bus, en français on dit le "train train quotidien". Concernant le sport, je te félicite👋car de mon côté je trouve toujours une "bonne" excuse. Il n'y a que la marche qui me va, je fais tout en marchant (sauf, le bus du matin🤣) et les kilomètres à pied ne me font pas peur😉A Genève, à l'école (enfin à mon époque, il y a environ 50 ans, mais si, mais si, je suis si vieille🥳) le sport était obligatoire💪🤸. Je te félicite car je n'ai jamais réussi à retourner une crêpe dans la poêle🤔 du coup je prends péniblement 2 spatules et j'essaie de ne pas détruire la crêpe🤣Et pour finir, je suis une "routinière" et je fais énormément de chose sans y penser, ce qui fait que parfois je ne suis plus sûre des les avoir effectuées🤪Un grand merci Cory pour tes partages qui me font tant de bien et qui m'apportent beaucoup.☺😚Je t'embrasse et me réjouis de te retrouver bientôt😘😘😘💜🌺...Un petit bisou à Arly qui est tellement mignon💖💖💖

😂😂😂😂 Je me réveillais aussi comme ça avant. Maintenant avec le premier Ding je me réveille immédiatement donc je pense que je souffre moins 😂. Avant je devenais folle du café-lait long, mais maintenant je le bois noir aussi. Parfois long comme l'américain, parfois court.... Ça dépend... Pour moi, boire un café, en dehors du réveil est aussi un long rituel (mais long long 😂) Dans les hôtels, j'ai toujours toujours un cappuccino aussi. heheh Je suis passée par là aussi de cette période où l'on se précipite pour attraper le métro. Mamma mia 🤦🏻♀️😂, mais nous vivons un peu à l'extérieur maintenant, alors je prends toujours la voiture. Eh, ne croyez pas que même moi je trouve autant d'excuses pour faire des exercices, mais ensuite vient le mal de dos et boum Hahaha. Puis je passe une semaine avec les douleurs musculaires dues aux nouveaux exercices hahaha. Heureusement, j'aime aussi marcher. Et je marche beaucoup avec mes 🐶 Mais est-ce que tu faisais du sport tous les jours à l'école ? Je me souviens que c'était obligatoire 2 jours par semaine chez nous. De toute façon l'âge n'est qu'un chiffre, l'important c'est comment on se sent à l'intérieur. En effet, (depuis que j'ai vu partir tant de jeunes amis... je considère que vieillir est une bénédiction) ☺️ Avec les crêpes je suis plutôt bonne, mais disons que je fais des dégâts ailleurs 😂😂😂😂 et oui je fais toujours, mais toujours des choses sans faire attention 🤭🤭🤭🤭 Beaucoup de bisous et de câlins de ma part et de celle d'Arly 😘🤗❤️🐶.

A l'école nous avions de la gymnastique 1 fois par semaine et aussi de la course à pied dans un parc près de l'école 2 fois par mois et de la piscine 1 fois par mois. Je ne sais pas si c'est toujours comme cela maintenant à l'école, je pense qu'on étudie plus que l'on ne fait de sport🤔Belle journée et à bientôt😘😘😆@@cozyhomediary

Hello Cory, your videos came up on my recommended section and to my surprise I found we have a few similarities.. I am also a foreigner living in Milan (for 8 years now). We bought our house in the suburbs two years ago and also went through a horrendous renovation period, unfortunately whilst we were living there. I wake up at 5:30 and start my mornong with a glass of water and short yoga traning to wake up my body. This makes a good start for the day😊 I also love these quiet time in the morning, before all the rush starts. Thanks for another great video, looking forward for more, always🌺

I actually drink water too. Sometimes with one spoon of apple cider vinegar, but I kinda was too lazy too shoot it 🤭🤭🤭 I would also like to start yoga, but first I need to take some classes. Yo también voy siempre con prisas, precisamente porque me tomo las cosas por la mañana con demasiada calma. Jajajja Y hacer las cosas sin darme cuenta está a la orden del día. Siempre tengo la cabeza en las nubes. 🤦🏻♀️🤪 A mí tampoco me gustaban los gimnasios porque me parecían todos unos cabezotas 😂😂😂😂, pero luego no les hacía caso y lo más importante es que se me pasaban las agujetas. Pero también camino mucho con mi 🐶. ¿Pero sabes que estaba justo pensando en un buen limoncello o passito? Pero luego me daba demasiado a la cabeza y me daba sueño. 😂😂😂😂

It is quite reveling that i am not the only one who keeps the old frying pan on my kitchen cabinet because it makes good crepes. Moreover, my Breton husband considers this old frying pan a family heirloom since crêpes is considered as holly meal for Breton people in France. lol As a tradition in region Britanny, we eat the crepes each Friday. Do you have any preference day to do so Italy ?

😁😁 Yeah I don't know I can't just throw it away. She does such a good job hahahahah. I don't even know if I can paint it a bit 🤪🤪 Yeah I know in France they eat loads of crepes, not in Italy though. They don't eat them often here and I never saw/heard anyone making them at home. Just in restaurant, bars, open-air markets etc... They eat them with Nutella. But in Romania we make them often and eat them with jam. My mom used to 100 at a time when I was a child. And they didn't even last three days with me and my dad 😂😂😂😂

Noi abbiamo passato il periodo del COVID e tanti anni prima in un appartamento senza balcone ed è anche questo quello che ci ha spinto a comprare una casa così decrepita, ma che aveva un bel spazio fuori. 😁

Thanks!!!! ❤️ You mean the red radicchio? In Italy you find different species and you can also eat it raw but it may be a bit bitter (depending on the season). I like it a lot and I like to play with it in the kitchen as well 😬 Risotto with red radicchio and bacon is so yummyyyyy 😁🤪
