The drill is good but they exert too much energy, rigidity and strength in the motions, that would get u tired, marching should be effortless but fluid

That's the Unit colour 5BN , Kumasi is 4BN light Blue 💙.. Tamale 6BN Orange..Every Unit got it's color if u don't know u ask ok don't throw bash here ..
