It is matching her skin tone. Look at her neck. Her face is a bit tanned due to Sun exposure as compared to her neck.

Indian skin gets easily tanned. It is just possible that she was in the sun and didn't notice she became a shade darker and it won't be that way forever so it's ok if she sticks to her foundation. Indian problems.

Some foundations seem lighter on camera than in person, think it may be because of the light reflecting off the foundation

U always choose a shade lighter to ur skin tone as foundation darkens once it oxidizes. So it eventually matches ur skin perfectly .

Yes, that's just your opinion. She is more tanned on her forehead, so by not layering it with foundation, the end result actually looked more natural, rather than an overdone look like your profile pic. Just my opinion of course!

@@icharp actually foundation oxidises so if you use a lighter foundation it will get a bit darker, although it looked really light at the start later it looked much darker because it oxidised. So her foundation shade was correct

How convenient of you to assume so. The foundation oxidizes and matches me quite well in the end if you notice. You can watch the other videos and understand how it actually looks too. If it’s a shade up it’s pretty dark and This is just my phone and a ringlight, once we are off it you’d know no difference of how it looks 🤷🏻‍♀️

@ShiroI know alot of people are just commenting on the difference between her forehead and cheeks, which they are within their right to do BUT some people take it to far. It's almost like they male a cappy comment, just because they can to cause offence. The large majority are definitely not just offering constructive criticism, they are enjoying telling her how flawed her makeup is. I might sound sensitive but I'd rather be that, than a spiteful troll, who seems to get a kick out of making people feel like cap about themselves.

If its constructive or a valid point i don't even flinch at conflict but sometimes people are just being mean. Drives me up the wall!

Yeah specially if u got even a very little hair on your forehead, blending it becomes difficult in lesser time.

The point is to look uniform.. it isn't looking uniform.. v obvious difference in face n forehead.. I skip foundation entirely n use concealer only on certain parts.. but the final look is and should be cohesive..

@@afshanusman9333 I understand your point, but I was just trying to say that people can have different ways of doing their makeup. Some people may not like applying foundation on their forehead. For me, applying foundation on the forehead makes the skintone more even but the texture looks bad to me, so I skip it. For example, many people like to bake and brighten their undereye area. I personally think it looks uneven and too bright, but that is just my preference. People can do it if they want, there's no harm.

Doesn’t look natural, it’s all you notice which shows you the face isn’t natural. Way more noticeable when your face is 2 different shades and textures.

Probably in real life, it looks fine thus she does it. But on camera, the look seems disjointed. If she wants to avoid makeup on forehead, she should change shade of her concealer too .

@@samiyakazi09 I don't believe in wearing makeup just for sake of wearing makeup. I have seen girls put in foundation though they have flawless skin AND complexion. I mean what's the point? Same is the case here, she has ended up looking uneven which is never the goal. It has got nothing to do with one's preference with makeup. It's just against the basic rules of skincare or beauty ie. even skin n complexion. Contouring n highlighting also achieve the same purpose when done right. Even complexion.
