"It's hard, but not impossible." I love that! I'm going to look into those puberty books. 📚 We stopped the paid version of Hoffman as well but now my daughter wants to get serious with it again so I don't know what I'm going to do! 😅 I loved hearing about take relationship at the end. ❤

I have one more question, you mentioned you use IEW and MCT. Would you recommend doing MCT Level 1 first then IEW Structure and Style 1A or both at the same time? Thanks in advance!

It really depends on the child and their previous exposure to writing and grammar. My oldest went thru the grammar island and was working on practice island when she started IEW. I think having a firm grasp on parts of speech helps with writing. For example it’s easier to create a well written sentence if you understand an adjective modifies a noun, a adverb modifies a verb etc. Even with my 7yr old now I’ve decided to introduce grammar before formal writing.

Yes I will. My 6th grade curriculum picks video premieres on Friday and I talk more about it on that video.

Do you still have the third grade and fourth grade curriculum still.

Yes, all curriculum my oldest uses is passed down to my younger kids.
