Hope you can also do my request, an 80 sq.m. lot for a 4-storey house with roofdeck!! 😃 GROUND FLOOR: (Parking space, Laundry area, Common toilet room, Hangout space). 2ND FLOOR: (Kitchen, Dining area, Living area, Small praying area, Common toilet & bath and a balcony). 3RD FLOOR: (Master’s bedroom with balcony, walk-in closet and own toilet & bath, Small bedroom, Common toilet and bath). 4TH FLOOR: (Another bedroom with balcony, walk-in closet and toilet & bath, Game room with allotted space for glass cabinets/shelves for my collection). I do request you to create a three-story house with round porches on each level for us on the 15 m 20 m lot. We would like to have two carports on the ground floor and we do not need a pool. We would like to have a home office on the ground floor. We would like to have an open concept with tons of natural lights on each level. We would like to have a maximum of four master suits in the entire house. We would like to have one suite on the ground floor. We would like to have a maid room and driver room on the ground floor. Thank you so much for your great effort. Theak you so much for your excellent creativity. You are amazing!!! I am really sorry for putting one more thing, we would like to install an elevator due to elder people with a wheelchair.

Can you please design for 2 storey with roofdeck. Indoor design have high ceiling in living room to have an illusion that its big. Size is 90sqm, 5x10 lot. Firewall on both sides. 1 room at ground floor and 3 bedroom up. This means a lot. Thank you!

Hi, I like your designs and I love to watch your creations. I would like to request from you to please make a design for an L-Shaped size of lot with 2 storey with rooftop (half covered for sky lounge). 1 guest room/theatre room at 1st floor near kitchen, 2br at 2nd floor. upon entering the main door, it is open concept from 2nd floor ceiling down to 1st floor. For the actual size of lot, just draw a rectangle (vertically - 22m x 6.50m) and add another rectangle to the right (10m x 7.50m) and you can have an L-shaped. Plus with 1 car port at the front. Hopefully it's not complicated designs.. but I trust you can do it.. Thanks in advance.

As the sayings goes, small but terrible, very small space but it was nicely and very well done. We loved the design of the roof too, even the color combinations, the front door is nice, not like a pc by pc wood attached together.

You managed to fit four bedrooms into a minimal area, but it was a tight squeeze. It has beds for up to seven people, but seating for just three in the living area and four at the dining table. It would work better without that downstairs bedroom.

hello.. i would like to request for a 6 by 6 floor area design please first floor: - 1 masters bedroom - main door not facing the stairs - t&b and laundry - living room - kitchen with a backdoor near it - small space on the door entrance for shoe space 2nd floor: - 3 rooms for single adults - t&b 3rd floor: - roof deck for events/multifunction area - stairs to 3rd floor located inside the house i hope this is not much 😅 thank you and will forward on your awesome design

Sana po mapansin ng comment ko. 😊😊 My bahay po akong hinuhulugan sa decahomes and my sukat cia na 114sqm sana po maka request ako ng extension plan. 🙏🙏 Corner lot po kc cia at mejo pa Curve yung bandang corner lot nia.
