Hello, Janice! I loved the concept of this house floor plan design. Though I can't literally pay you for my request but just in case for your viewers' references, can you create a floor plan design like this concept and design but in 60 sq. m.? 1st floor - living/dining/kitchen area are all in one place with 1 Bedroom for 2 pax and T&B; 2nd floor - 2 separate Bedrooms for 2 pax each, T&B, balcony/terrace that connects both 2 bedrooms; 3 floor - Roof deck. hi Archi @JaniceElsen , pwede pa request ng 12x4m similar to tiny houses with big glass main door? eto sample specs, additional sa main house - with 6x3m front porch as outdoor/extension sala - with 4x3m back porch as gym or outdoor kitchen - tas with 2nd flr na malaking masters bedroom (4x4m), with walkin closet (2x4m) and masters bathroom total (2x4m) - and front porch sa masters (1.5x3m) for coffee in the mornings - and malaking back porch sa masters (3x3m or 4x3m) na pwede lagyan ng extra sofa and jacuzzi 😅 - all windows pala is jalousie para maaliwalas request lang naman hehe 🙏🙏🙏
