In the previous video we got this Quigley van transported back to the shop after a very odd "shut off" issue while the new owner was enjoying it down in Southern Ohio. Having just gone through a huge amount of work including Bulletproof Diesel upgrades, new injectors, and other needed maintenance items we were more than a little surprised when the customer called us back with issues.
So in THIS video we tear down the Ford 6.0 Powerstroke to see just what exactly failed and maybe WHY it failed. In the world of diesel repair things can go badly in a big way right under your nose and unfortunately with this 4x4 van it seems like that's exactly the case. Unfortunately we really can't point a finger one way or another as to WHY this failure happened, it's something we've never seen before and frankly can't really explain.
But, in order to get this ultimate vanlife van back on the roads and OFF the roads it's time to build a whole new 6oh powerstroke for this monster!
