No it all depends on locality. This property is at center of jogeshwari west. That is why it is underpriced secondly this builder who has built it isnt trusted at all and is involved in society daily operations.

My family and me went and saw another Flat in this EE Height building with another broker but first of all the location is Terrible! It is across the street from a very bad smelling Cow farm. So there are many mosquitoes in building and smell of Cow shit is very bad. Then there are some restaurants on ground floor and we saw many big Rats in back of this building where the garbage disposal area is for these restaurants. I am scared these rats will come upstairs in the building just like the mosquitoes are doing. The Watchman was honest enough to tell us that it does happen sometimes. So sorry we are not spending 6.5 crores for this building it is not worth that.
