I see your vision. Now add a small speaker at the bottom corner of that wall paper imitating this sound, and every time you turn out the light it puts you to sleep. Make everything around the truck glow and the taillights are the only thing that glows on the truck.

I love mine when it's cold out and when I turn on the engine brake, it sounds better, I have have the Flo Pro twister on mine, I have thought about getting the original pipe that comes off of the down pipe and see if their is any difference in the sound, making it unrestricted turbo back.

Unless you’re running a bigger turbo the down pipe won’t make a noticeable difference

That’s just exhaust brake on full on cold starts at idle to help the engine warm up

EGR delete with a coolant bypass and a 10mm cp4 and DPF delete and you’re al set. What I run on my 2016 2500

Truck is definitely tuned, some of his tunes have a rumble idle I’m guessing. It’s when the exhaust gets deeper and the shriek goes away. Some tunes will keep the turbo vanes fully open at idle just to give you that non VGT sound.

Yes, I was young once and did stuff like this. I'm more impressed by things that are pollution/noise savings these days. When you start to modify a truck, and make it louder/more pollutant, you are breaking the social contract. I like to have a conversation out in the woods and be able to hear myself think and not scare off the wildlife for miles around. I think they should round up the makers of all these pollution/noise devices and put them in a cell and let their customers rev their engines and blow smoke on them for a few days to see if they like what they have created. If you like industrial waste, noise...go to some 3rd world s-hole and see what happens to the land if you disrespect it.

"More pollution". After dpf delete I gained 4mpg. Also what does it take to make those def plastic containers that go in land fills to save the environment? Less diesel burned and no more empty plastic containers in land fills seem to me better. But maybe I'm wrong?
