1st tip long balls won't work with all out defence with off side trap kept off. And in the 4th one it's not possible in online matches as the player to shoot won't get a good angle mostly and always there will be a shut player. Anyway good tips👍 And those who read comments don't miss my point for catching long ball spammers.

Long ball spamming means spamming long balls continuesly, giving long ball once or twice in a match isn't that bad. nevertheless it's a thing in the game not an exploit.

for people who ask how to deal with a long ball spammer.. i have 2 tips which i use and it seem work to me.. 1st use a manager which have perssuring conservative and defensive style all out defence with center contaiment are.. the 2nd one is use one tall cb and 1 fast cb.. both of them must have good ball winning, dfe awareness and physical contact attribute..

1:08 I mean, there's nothing wrong with using Long through balls sometimes so you've got a good point. It's only cheating if the user keeps spamming longballs. Always remember little is fine and too much is unhealthy :)

I always make sure I have fast defenders that will help for long balls... like koulibaly, delight, van dijk and also a good keeper.

Best way to prevent long ball swapping is having gk whose is having gk pressing ability and good in pressing and handing like neuer , Pickford , enderson and o.khan , tes stegen are not so good And for defence gaberial magalhaes and lenglet featured player is best

@@nvmgaming4709 thats kinda not true, u just need an ofensive goalkeeper, ter stegen presses better than oliver khan, because ter is an offensive goali and O khan is a defensive goali, (this isnt an opinion, its a fact) but ur right with one thing, neuer does have tendency to run forward more, and thats exactly why i dont use him

@@nvmgaming4709 you're wrong, Ter Stegen is an offensive keeper, that makes him good against long ball spammers, fast, tall defenders would also work, so would defensive formations like canto's 4-3-1-2

It's a shitty tactic but it's a tactic nonetheless. If every person plays the game the same way what's the fun in that. In fact try to counter that tactic and beating the snot out of the guy online. That's when you'll experience the satisfaction and fun of playing PES.

I have no problem dealing with long ball, stop pressing for everything and get a decent heading defenders. Maybe 1 out of 10 long balls will be successful but that is normal, just like real life.

I know these are tactics but I feel we can get deeper analysis tactics. If i had the resources to, I'd show y'all howto execute wingplay in pes with reference to Pep's real life tactics. Winger playing styles and how to use the offensive full back to create numerous chances. How to break down compact opposition. I JUST WANT MOORREEEE and i know the whole pes fraternity wants more too.

Another good tip in place of no. 4 is that press "Switch view" and that way u can pass to whoever u want, so if u got a guy who's good at headers, like Ronaldo or Sergio Ramos, u can directly score header with that guy. It's much more fun that way.

How to counter long ball spamming 1.Manager with conservative defending and all out defense 2.defender with high stats for jump and heading. Works for me...try this if ur defender are slow...
