I definitely agree with "Dont tackle your chores immediately." I even take this approach with work. My shift is in the evening, but still I come in early enough to eat something and chill out before the work begins. It really helps get you into a good mental flow.

I hate the feeling of not doing productive things but end up doing the most usually everyday before four am. I feel like that’s just my brains telling me to take a break but sometimes it’s too much laziness and my brain starts hurting if I don’t take a break every hour and a half to watch something like a psychology lecture or reading a book🥰

What helped me boost my energy in the morning is taking a quick cold shower. Start off with warmish water and gradually make it cooler if u can’t start off with straight cold water. I suggest to do stretches after waking up followed up with pushups to get ur body warmed up after laying down for so long. I’ve been doing this since last week and it greatly boosts my energy for the entire day.

I just knew, one day, I'd be very happy that I kept my phone stuck to the wall in the kitchen. Now, there's no need to check it. I know where it is and that it's probably fine... If I got a call when I wasn't right there to talk, there's a little box with a number (flashing) and it makes a VERY ANNOYING BLEEP every few seconds until I go listen to it... SO messages always get to me... My best mornings start with two cups of coffee, a trip to the bathroom, and then a ride on my motorcycle... It doesn't have to be far or take long... just hit the road for about half an hour and enjoy the air, the view, the breezes whipping at my helmet... AND my best evenings end about the same way... a ride (home) on the bike, a couple more cups of coffee (so I don't just waste it down the drain... AND I play on YT or check out something else online to wind down a couple hours before crashing out for the night... ...AND when I get 60 miles to the gallon, gas is still cheap to me. ;o)

I'm sure there are a few other people who might agree with me, but this list should be longer. Can't stress this enough, but in a face paced world, the seventh thing I'd suggest is don't rush yourself. This is so true whether getting up for work, or getting up on your PTO day to get to Comic-Con at the right time. Allow yourself the extra time, that way you don't forget everything to have to do before you leave, and everything you need to remember before leaving. I am up roughly two hours before I leave for work, sit down and eat breakfast while reading my Bible and take some time for the piano. My roommate sleeps like a rock, doesn't shut off his alarm once he's awake, and I often see him rush out the door for work. Rushing in the morning really isn't healthy, from what I hear.

This appears just right in time i need to get outta my bad morning routine 😫 glad to watch this! Each day I wake up, it's really tempting to go back to lay on the bed and back to sleep... and... pfft... the morning passes... my body feels unenergized :v but each day I try to turn back this bad habit! Wish me luck for tomorrow morning! 🤞🏻

The first thing I do when I wake up is go back to sleep. Okay, in all seriousness, this vid was very helpful. When I wake up, I usually get strait to schoolwork. And keep working at it until 1, or 3 in the afternoon. I don’t usually get breakfast, and I thought that was fine. Keep making great videos!

I don't use any of the social media apps, but I am often on my phone in the morning. I guess I should cut the habit. XD Edit: to be specific, I only use Discord and KZfaq, but even then I should try to cut this habit.

Motivation is not something we should wait for, we can 'force' it out with something that's probably too often forgotten: rewards. Give yourself a reward after you did a task. For example do the laundry or vacuum and have a tea and read in your new book for half an hour. Do your daily homework and watch 1 or 2 Episodes of your new show afterwards. (But avoid to reward yourself with too much food or sweet drinks)

I wake up with aches each morning, most of the chronic while some by poor sleep habits. One told me to medicate with painkillers to ease my mornings, while another chimed in with the advice to stretch out and exercise (both knows of my former military background and painkiller addiction situation). So here's me askin', what do you all think I should do?!

I never feel like I have to ‘take on’ the day. It's never like that for me. Although I frankly don't know what I think about that, I believe just percieving each day as a challenge before it begins is kinda depreciating from the experience, in case you happen to have a really good day.
