You need to puff off the scratches same like with lamb skin leather, on the bottom of Gabrielle. I have this purse since 2019. No wear and tear and I use alot . My favourite Chanel bag beside reissue cause in old age calf skin leather, very durable. I wear in the rain sometimes ( unexpected) and dropped on the floor more than two times I think. Just clean it and puff the leather on the bottom. Very practical. It was not wish list but becomes my favourite since I have it in my collection.
