I love your videos. You’ve encouraged us to consider Atlanta as a place we’d move to. Small request - some of us love seeing the pantry in these homes. Can you add a quick view whenever possible? Kitchen and pantry space play into home choices.

This house has been very well taken care of. The craftsmanship was so much better back then foe significantly less money. You could get a finished basement for $900k lol..

Love the house but i wouldn't have put the bedroom in the basement adjoining two huge spaces. I would make the first room in front of the stairs the bedroom to take advantage of those large windows and relocate the bathroom so the bedroom would only have the one entrance rather than two. Love the tour! Please do more!!

Its nice that the basement area is partially finished, but its to compartmentalized. Some of the finishes need updating - too dark in some areas.

Dorene, I have shown a few homes with elevators but if you need any special modification to be made to a home, we would have that conversation with the builder before the home is built or you could make the modification after purchase, depending on what changes are needed.
