6 Days before I fly to the Netherlands on my next nomad adventure. Today is To Do list day with the self-awareness that travel is emotional for me and the archetype of The Analyst governs how I behave when I try to manage my emotions. To stay calm and confident, I understand that I must be organised, focus on the details and do what is practical for ME!
if I listen to the outside world and feel criticised for how pedantic I am, I will trigger low esteem and distress which looks like overlooking details, becoming anxious and then self-critical. Then, travel will no longer be fun … and that would be a tragedy!
