Hey party people! Thanks so much for hanging out with me while I share with you these six new fall dessert recipes! I wanted to make some quick, easy, and simple fall desserts - so boom shaka that's what I did. I have an easy crock pot recipe for you that is absolutely delicious. In crock pot, mix 1 can cream of mushroom or cream of chicken soup with a 16 oz container of sour cream. Place boneless, skinless, chicken pieces of choice, in the crock pot and mix to cover with soup/sour cream mixture. Cook on high for 4-5 hours, or low for 6-8 hours. Make mashed potatoes and use the "gravy" from the crock pot on the potatoes. It's been a family favorite for YEARS, and it just takes three ingredients! You won't be sorry if you make it! You don't even need to use salt and pepper! The soup and sour cream seem to cover that! If you're in a big hurry, once the chicken is cooked, make boxed potatoes! I like to have applesauce with it, and corn or green beans.

I was thinking today about how people like to watch shows on cable and then once the season is done they have to wait for it to come on again, if it doesn't end for good that is. Your videos are the same for me, Kim. I am so thankful for you and that you just keep putting these videos out. Of course I would understand if you took a long break but you better believe I would be anxiously waiting for the next video like others wait for their favorite show to come on again. You are so much more than a show! You are REAL! You have us all feeling like your friends there with you. Thank you so much!

Update!! No surgery right at this moment, they want to see how her bowels handle a liquid and/ or soft food diet then in a little while later bring her back in for the surgery where it will be less evasive where it could be done through a scope instead of having to make large incision like they would have to make now. She is making progress so they're plan is to change her diet and medication and see how her body handles it and release her in 3 days and schedule a date for her to go back for the less evasive surgery.

When I saw you post the pecan pie baked oatmeal on instagram. I RANNNN to Pinterest to find a recipe lol it really upped my milk supply! Been EP mama for 6 months! Kim everything looks yummy!!!! I bake Oatmeal cookies and as soon as they come out of the oven press a bite size reese cup not the mini's into the center of it. Looks great and tastes amazing. Here's another one. In a pinch you can buy the Pillsbury sugar cookie pre-made dough. Let it come to room temp and then put in a mixing bowl. Chop up macadamia nuts and white chocolate chips or chocolate we use white. Then add to room temp dough. It mixes in great. Spoon out cookies on the baking sheet and bake as directions states. Yummy!!! For a different taste you can add in chopped nuts and chocolate chips with almond extract. They are quick and easy. Takes only minutes and people think you were baking all day. Thank you for all the great ideas. Can't wait to try them myself. Hug and blessings

She's at UAB (University of Alabama Birmingham) looking at surgery today or tomorrow. (We had thought it was food poisoning on Saturday but it's a lot more serious this time.)

Instead of eggs put in apple sauce (one of those individual cup you can buy in a 6 pack) with the spiced cake and pumpkin puree. Makes them fluffy and amazing.

I have a delicious and quick recipe for you.. You'll need a large pyrex bowl.. 1 pkg of semi sweet choc chips, 1 pkg of butterscotch chips a 1/4 c of creamy peanut butter and a box of rice crispies... I made this in my home ec class back in 1968... And still make it today... You'll have to have two cookie sheets lined with parchment paper.. Heat your chips in the microwave in 30 sec increments. Stirring between until melted.. add 1,/4 c of creamy peanut butter. Combine that.. Stir in by 2 cups at a time the rice crispies. Sometimes its the whole box . The more the merrier as you would say.. If you pour too much in without stirring you might have to melt more chocolate. That's why I'm saying a little at s time.. I would have the exact amt of rice crispies but I lost the recipe in the last flood.. So do it this way .. After all combined take 2 sm spoons and spoon onto the parchment paper. They can be close together because its candy.. Put your cookie sheets in the fridge for a half an hr.. Take them out and then you can put your candy into a sealed container to eat at any time.. These need to be kept in the fridge.. You will love, love these.. Bon Appetit.. PS. Let me know if you love these...

Love this recipe and you can use this mixture for other cereal or cut up apples. I just made haystacks with it a few weeks ago. Crispy noodles instead of rice krispies. And you are right, must be kept in fridge!
