Wonderful. There are two of them I think I could do with my hair, although my hair is not long but I do not know how to use the beautiful hair clip or hair pin that you show on the video. You do It so quickly, like in other similar videos because you are so accustomed to use it that it's difficult for me to see how to put It on. But a hair stylist can tell me. Anyway, very beautiful!!!!

Use peppermint, rosemary, and thyme essential oils to grow out your hair. Add about 20-30 drops of each to your favorite detangler spray or leave in conditioner spray. Use it after everytime you wash your hair. Spray it on your scalp and massage it in a bit. Spray all of your hair and comb it through to the ends. Your hair should grow out pretty fast. Black castor oil works too but it's very thick so I'd use it as a hot oil treatment before you wash your hair.

No matter how many ways I try, when I try to loop a pony tail over and into the hair, the elastic band always shows. And the hair doesn't "stuff in" they way they do in these videos. Does anyone have any hints? I love these looks.

Try to loosen the hair more asymmetrical when loosen a bit the elastic. And use a clear rubber elastic and some bobby pins. Even if it would look great in the first moment, it will not hold without pins.

Hannah R who has already posted gave good advice. I think the trick is to keep doing it over and over. It took me an entire day to get mine right and it’s beautiful. I had to play with where to make the top and lower parts. Once I did that it began to just fall into place. Once you learn where to make the parts, try using some small rubber bands. I have thick long hair and normally use thick cloth covered bands. They were too thick, but I used some of my 3 year old’s tiny rubber bands. Keep practicing. Good luck!

This is what I learned after quite a few tries: pay attention to the video LOL! The low pony tail: you make that upwards, not like when you do a real pony tail. When you are ready to stuff the hair you need to find the right balance for where to place the elastic based on your hair length. The "loop" has to be shorter than to the base of the hair, but not too short. Tuck the hair band in first, then the loose tail of hair. For the top part, that "effortless" teasing takes a bit of practice. I can't really do it without looking in a mirror, but then I hold the elastic with one hand against my skull and tease away. Here again make sure the elastic band is just above where you are about to tuck it in, it's easy to end up too high and then you can't hide it. Go a bit lower then the hole at the top of the low bun if you have to, but not by much, and again lead as much as possible with the band and then stuff in the rest of the hair. And you can hold things in place with a well hidden bobby pin if your hair is really very thin. ;) For the finish you definitely need a mirror, a fine tooth comb and hairspray. If I want this a little loose and playful, I do everything as above and finish with a very fine mist of hair spray and a gentle caress with the tip of the comb to hide any parting and to maybe tease a few strands. If I want a more formal look, I skip most of the initial teasing of the top pony tail, then at the end I go for it with the hair spray and the comb (I use a finger to hold down the elastic and gentle shallow strokes of the comb) to slick everything just as I want it. Hope this helps :)

You might not be able to do this with really long hair. But try to adjust the length of the loop just before you tuck in the bottom tail so that it's no longer than the distance between the elastic and the roots of your hair. Then when you stuff the rest of the hair go a little sideways instead of just straight down, just make sure you spread the hair both right and left. The top tail shouldn't cause as much grief, but if it does try the same thing.
