Hey guys :) Just a disclimer, these 6 categories are my own personal opinion. I'm sure there will be people who there who can't do Chanel at all, as I've heard a subscriber or two mention this to me. So take these as entertainment value and my subjective experience :). So tell me, which fragrances would you pick for each of these categories? Do you think Chanel is a must have??

My Chanel is Gabriel My everyday easy grab is Chloé Nomad I do not enjoy the original Mon Guerlain but it sounds like I need to try the floral version because I think the original is too powdery! My freshie is Elizabeth Arden’s Green Tea And my night-y is CH’s Good Girl

I'm not a fan of Mon Guerlain but I enjoy other Guerlain fragrances like Mitsouko and Patchouli Ardent.

As you say, we all have a particular taste and an opinion, which is not better or worse than those who think differently!! But I agree that every fragrance connoisseur should have one if not many Chanels, and at least small bottle of No5, in honor of the house....

Miss Dior is just way to sweet for my nose like la vie a belle. They are too super sweet for me.

Watching you loving Bois Dore and Gabby Loves Perfumes i ordered a small purse spray, when it arrived from Fragrance Net i was amazing at the similarites it has to Eau de Baux by L'Occitane which i love but find the performance just not there. The opening of eau de baux is more peppery but they are quite close dupes of each other. I do love Bois Dore its incredible. Now i want it and for the bottle alone. Mon Guerlain edp is one i will always have in my collection and i have a large back up bottle but it was not love at first sniff for me it took time and became a love. Great video. This was interesting. I agree with most, but I would expand to just a Guerlain, I know several people who are allergic to lavender (like me) and get headaches from it. I love the Le Petite Robe Noire Line though :)

I don't agree that any house/collection is a "must have". Most houses have their own DNA and if you don't like that DNA you can struggle with the whole house. This sums up Chanel for me, I haven't found any loves from them. As for Guerlain, I adore the house, they have so many beautiful perfumes I love, but I wouldn't wear any of the Mon Guerlain line, the lavender just kills it for me.

I bought Mon Guerlain off of your recommendation and I accidentally bought the EDT instead of the EDP! 😩 Now I make sure to always check EDP v. EDT when purchasing. When I first prayed it I was shocked at how citrusy it was. Then I saw it was EDT. I’ll have to give it a shot in spring and summer, but it wasn’t really my vibe when I first sniffed.
