Cheese dosa is one of our favorite Indian food here in Dubai ... they use ladle spoon cooking dosa not by bare hands... food hygiene in restaurants here is so strict so we know it’s clean ...we can enjoy eating their delicious food. 😅

Icecreams and masala dosas have strong connections. When i used to hog icecreams in the rainy seasons, sometimes i used to get bad cough and chest congestion. Then it used to be time for me to visit the doctor. The code word in South India for getting injections and beatings is called masala dosas. She would 100% give me two injections on my bums. After getting i used to visit my aunt's place where she used to see me rubbing my bums and tease me that the doctor gave me masala dosa on one bum and special rava masala dosa on the other bum. She used to ask me if i want to eat icecreams in rains again.
