Welcome back to another episode of the OJ! Today we have Gabe Espino on the show, who owns and operates It's Roasted Papas & Corn with his wife, Celeste.
Gabe grew up in California, and brought his love for elotes and potatoes to Billings when he and his family moved to Montana. Gabe has had career stops in sales, customer service, retail, and a handful of other positions on his way to owning and operating It's Roasted, and his multifaceted perspective on business made for an outstanding episode.
Gabe's award-winning food truck has seen a ton of success over the last handful of years, and this episode was full of key details and reminders about what creating a die-hard community and a well-functioning team looks like.
During his path to creating the reigning best food truck in Billings, Gabe talks about being extremely intentional about carving out his role and functions inside of his business so he enjoys going to work each day, and he has done the same thing in his personal life to create a life that he doesn't feel a need to vacation from.
