These are 6 great habits for success for managing projects. I especially agree with "Keep Learning". This is such a great habit and not just for PMs. I always followed the old adage of "learn something new every day". Thanks for this video!

1. Be Proactive 2. Find harmony ( instead of balance) 3. Manage your time well 4. Listen before your respond 5. Action plan check in( ensure team checks in to the plan for progress and required details)

A risk is popping up even though they may not be saying it 😂 .... Agreed, It happens a lot in my group and well being able to "read" the environment is definitely 👍 a huge plus
