The pomodoro technique is a time management method.
The concept is simple.
Decide of the task that needs to be done.
We break down our work into intervals, called pomodoros. (50 minutes in this time)
Then we work on our task.
Have a break after each pomodoros (10 minutes in this time)

Today I feel so isolated. I'm trying to improve my English knowledge for the upcoming IELTS test. I just put on my earphones, and hope to find peace and concentration when studying. Fortunately, this clip is here and wipes away my sorrow and sadness. I will remember this duration.

Im going to tell you today’s horrowing story. Im a doctor in pakistan currently studying for my fellowship exam in the coming month. Since i have just 50 remaining days to prepare for my big exam, i try not to get distracted. However, today i came to know that one of my teachers has attempted s*icide and is currently on ventilator. Since im so far away that i cant go see her. I decided to put everything, find headphones and study for the next 6 hours with you . Now its night time and even though im stressed out , but atleast im not panicking out . Thanks for the help
