In his book "High Performance Habits: How Extraordinary People Become That Way," best-selling author and motivational speaker Brendan Burchard speaks of the nine habits of extraordinary people that you can become one of those top level high performers. Although the size of the book is 5 pages, here we will summarize the book's basics for you.
High performers are people who, in their own ability, can do the best work and bring out the best results.
Some people go further than others because they are "high performers" even though they do not have the skills and talent at the super power level.
For example let's say Ratan and Sumon have one of these cars. Both configurations are one, two purchased at the same time. But Ratan's car is doing very well, in other words it is performing as per configuration. Sumon's car is not performing well despite being the same thing. It's not the car's fault though.
Ratan is getting good performance from his car as he is driving and maintaining his car properly.
This is also the case with humans. Even with equal skills, one can do better than another if he is a high performer.
High performance or high performance people occupy the best places everywhere.
Whether it be business, family, social, political, job areas - the same image everywhere. And as the top positions are low, so are the high performers but less so.
